Dreams reignited: A Destiny Hope’s campaign for change
We are delighted to announce our partnership with GlobalGiving to support the Destiny Hope Rescue Center in Western Kenya. This initiative aims to construct a safe haven for vulnerable children, providing them with shelter, education, and vocational training opportunities.
By collaborating with GlobalGiving, NoDark Inc. is committed to illuminating the lives of these children, offering them hope and a brighter future. Destiny Hope Rescue Center is our flagship project which we support in numerous ways. Located in the Western part of Kenya, the children are taken from different destitute situations, ranging from abandonment to escape from FGM (Female Genital Mutilation otherwise known as female circumcision)
Poverty has led to the threat of early marriages in some of the cases where the children have been rescued. Teenage pregnancies are also prevalent when there is no hope for the future… For the young boys the danger of ending up on the streets is real, accompanied by the ever-present possibility of joining dangerous gangs.
Hope is what we offer, showing them an alternative to their desperate situations.

We focus on reigniting hope by raising funds for the education of the children, and staffing and operational costs for Destiny Hope Rescue Center. We are committed to ensuring education of the children from kindergarten to college. We believe that in empowering them to achieve their dreams, we stem the spread of poverty and thus bring change to whole communities. Donations can be done in different ways, from walking with an individual child through their education journey to making a general contribution.
